L obiettivo che si pone è quello di migliorare la qualità della vita dei soggetti colpiti da ictus e delle loro famiglie mediante:<br> <br> - l individuazione di un percorso specifico che consenta all utente di sviluppare nuove strategie di comunicazione;<br> <br> - la stimolazione emotiva e cognitiva dell utente attraverso attività risocializzanti di gruppo che consentano di contrastare efficacemente la tendenza al ritiro sociale;<br> <br> - un sostegno ad un cambiamento di ruolo finalizzato al reinserimento sociale;<br> <br> - un appoggio (affiancamento) alle famiglie degli utenti nel lavoro di cura del congiunto e un aiuto nel processo di accettazione realistica del cambiamento improvvisamente intervenuto nelle loro vite.<br> <br> Il <strong>Laboratorio Sperimentale Afasia</strong> va a colmare una lacuna presente sul territorio relativa alla riabilitazione dei pazienti colpiti da ictus e afasici in fase cronica. <br> Infatti dopo il tradizionale percorso di riabilitazione logopedica e motoria i pazienti portatori di deficit cerebrale acquisito si ritrovano a sperimentare&nbsp; un vuoto esistenziale ed assistenziale del quale spesso si fanno carico esclusivamente le famiglie. <br> <br> Il <strong>Laboratorio Sperimentale Afasia</strong> è stato concepito per colmare questo vuoto.
